PROTOCAP S
Most resurfacing failures happen because moisture rises through untreated concrete.
What PROTOCAP S DOES:
- Chemically bonds with concrete
- Seals approximately up to 1 inch below the surface (depending on porosity)
- Significantly reduces water absorption
- Helps prevent moisture migration from below
- Maintains natural concrete appearance (no film or gloss)
why this matters:
- Moisture inside concrete is one of the main causes of:
- Freeze–thaw damage
- Salt deterioration
- Surface cracking
- Coating failure or delamination
By sealing the concrete internally first, you create a stable foundation for resurfacing.
